From the Sundarbans mangrove forest — the world’s largest — to the serene beaches of Cox’s Bazar, from the delicate art of Muslin weaving to the passionate rhythms of Baul music, Bangladesh carries a heritage as rich as any on earth.
Language Martyr’s Day (21st February) — Bangladesh’s sacrifice became the world’s International Mother Language Day, recognised by UNESCO.
Pohela Boishakh — The Bengali New Year celebrated with colour, music, and Mangal Shobhajatra, a UNESCO Intangible Cultural Heritage.
Garment & RMG Industry — Bangladesh is the world’s second-largest exporter of ready-made garments, a remarkable economic story.
